Overview

At Simon Earle Racing they believe “improved welfare improves performance”.  Implementing high levels of welfare for their horses underpins their training methods. Simon and his teams training approach is centred on the racehorse for several key reasons, with the ultimate aim of preventing and avoiding common injuries, ailments and stress-related problems.

Directions: The yard is situated between Sutton Veny and Longbridge Deverill. Sat nav takes you to the yard. Large signs on Deverill Road at the entrance to the property. Drive through the gates and follow the road down to the right, past the outdoor school and horsewalkers. Turn right

What to expect

Come and see what goes on behind the scenes here at Simon Earle Racing and what goes in to getting these magnificent animals to the racecourse. You will also be able to see our top-class facilities in action, meet the racehorses, ask questions and see for yourself how well these beautiful animals are cared for.

Our standout facility is the superb all weather gallop which stretches for 1 mile and rises 220ft with views of beautiful Wiltshire countryside – come and see the racehorses working on the gallops in this stunning scenery and going about their daily routine. As well as horses’ working on the gallops, we will have demonstrations going on and a talk from Simon on why he races and trains his horses without horse shoes.
