Overview

The 230-acre Beech House Stud lies just a mile outside Newmarket near Cheveley. The Shadwell stallions moved to this historic site from the Nunnery stud in 2023. Beech House Stud was purchased by Shadwell Estate Company ltd in 1990 from the Vittadini family, in its long history as a working stud it has stood many great stallions such as the breed-shaping Nearco and dual Classic winning St Paddy. Beech House Stud is now home to the Shadwell stallion rooster which includes Sussex Stakes winner Mohaather, first season sire Mostahdaf and 6-time Group 1 winning Baaeed
