A 32 box, brick yard on 17 acres of land. There are all the amenities that horses need to thrive and be happy. There are two dwellings on site. One a three bedroom cottage and a two bedroom flat for the staff. The yard is a 15 minute walk to Epsom Downs were we use the tracks to exercise the horses. The business of the yard is a training yard and a rehoming of retired race horse yard.
