Green Hedges Farm is set in the heart of the High Weald in East Sussex and  benefits from the local undulations.  This gives an opportunity to work the horses up and down gradients which not only builds muscle and strengthens their core muscles, it in turn helps with their balance, which in turn helps with getting their whole bodies fit, and keeps their minds happy.

The main objective of the yard is for the horses to be fit, happy and relaxed, Cynthia believe that by varying their work and turning them out every day, this ensures that their physical and mental well-being is as best as it can be, so that they are able to perform to the best of their abilities. Green Hedges specialise in horses that need individual attention, and have had particular success with mares. We may be small but we are a competitive and friendly team!

From the A267 between Mark Cross and Frant, turn onto Danegate. Follow the lane up the hill for 200m, then take the first drive on the Left, continue down the drive for approximately 400m and you will see the gate to the Yard on the right.
