Overview

Jeremy Scott and the team at Higher Holworthy train their racehorses from high above Wimbleball Lake in Somerset. It’s a stunning location with happy and relaxed horses. A family run operation with Jeremy training the National Hunt horses and his wife Camilla in charge of the point-to-pointers, theirs is a formidable force here on Exmoor, with no stone left unturned in their quest to unlock their horses’ talents so that they can perform to the best of their abilities.

What to expect

Jeremy and the team look forward to welcoming you to Higher Holworthy to meet the racehorses they care for. As well as a trip to the gallops, there will be a chance to see an equine chiropractor, farrier and dentist at work as well as meeting the young racehorses (yearlings) as well as a foal and a re-trained racehorse that live at the yard.
