Overview

Keith and Eileen Harte moved from Ireland to the UK 18 years ago and spent 15 years renting farms in Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire before buying Mill Farm in 2019. Keith is
from a long line of racing professionals and has worked in the top establishments in the world. Eileen always had a love of horses and taught horse riding before switching to the
bloodstock industry. Along with their 12yo twins Martha and Winter it is a family run farm and their team are part of that extended family. Nearly 20 years of running Keith Harte
Bloodstock has brought many successes at the sales arena and on the racecourse. Eileen has supported the people of the Industry through mentoring and following coaching and psychology training she now runs a Therapeutic Coaching Business.

What to expect

We want to share what goes on behind the scenes at a stud farm and explain the journey of a foal to a racehorse. Expect to see yearling thoroughbreds preparing to go the sales, young weanling foals spending their first few weeks without their mothers and mares enjoying their freedom! The team will be delighted to answer your questions and show you around a working stud farm. The farrier will be there looking at confirmation and monitoring our young stock and our vet will be on hand to answer any questions on breeding mares.
