Overview

New Beginnings was established in 2010 and has been providing a safe and secure environment for former racehorses, where they can adjust and be retrained for their second career after racing. Since its inception, the priority for New Beginnings has and always will be the welfare of our horses and those horses looking for a new home. New Beginnings also take their Ambassador horses to race meetings to meet the public as well as Care Homes, Hospices, Medium Secure Hospitals and Schools to allow the public to get up close and touch a horses often for the first time. What to expect

We are delighted to open our yard to visitors during National Racehorse Week. You will be able to meet Goldream, Nearly Caught, Chil The Kite and many other former racehorses. We will have demonstrations showing ridden and ground exercise as well as farrier, physio and vet demonstrations as well as a Join up demonstration, so there will be plenty to see and learn. You will have the opportunity to see how we work and the care we give to all our former racehorses - a 'Life Past The Post'.
