Robbie Llewellyn has just completed his first season training, obtaining his license the beginning of October 2022. Overtown Farm is based in Wroughton, near Barbury Castle, where Robbie and his wife, Sarah, currently have 2 x 24 box American barns, a 7.5 furlong carpet gallop, 8 furlong grass gallop, and 1200 acres of farmland to hack the horses. There are 3 full time members of staff, as well as part time yard staff. There are currently 24 horses in training for the up and coming season.

What to expect
Your day at Overtown Farm will consist of a tour of the yard, to meet and introduce them to each horse and discuss their careers etc, watch the horses working on he gallops. Robbie and the team are very supportive of life after racing. Sarah does a lot of schooling with the racehorses, and also retraining for their careers beyond the racecourse. You will get to meet all the retrained racehorses at Sarah competes, some of which have been to Hickstead and Horse of the year show.
