Joey Ramsden Racing is based at Hill Top Equestrian Centre, a premier equestrian facility set in over 100 acres of countryside on the Nottinghamshire–Lincolnshire border, backing onto Stapleford Woods. Owned and operated by Amanda and her team, Hill Top offers outstanding facilities, including extensive turnout and access to more than 400 acres of off-road hacking, providing horses with an excellent balance between work and relaxation.

From this base, internationally recognised trainer Joey Ramsden operates his racehorse training business. With more than 1,800 career winners and 27 top-level victories, Joey enjoyed a hugely successful 20-year career in South Africa before relocating to the UK in 2025. Training from a dedicated 48-stable yard at Hill Top, he has already secured British winners and continues to build momentum with runners at racecourses across the country.

Together, the combination of Hill Top’s first-class facilities and Joey Ramsden’s proven international training expertise provides racehorse owners with an exceptional environment in which their horses can thrive.

Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the horses, enjoy a guided tour of the yard, and speak to the dedicated team who care for them every day, gaining a unique insight into life behind the scenes in a racing yard.
